Nate, I hadn't thought about the tilt shift look but it does look a bit like that. Actually this was take with my 70-300 lens and no major post processing; just some cropping to keep the sky from peeking through on the upper left corner.
Thanks about the colors Lori:I added no saturation the color was already there. And i'm sure someone will name the street for me.

i'm thinking third street, close to market street. the copper and teal in the lower right corner i think is the cross-walk of strawberry square...i could be wrong. but cool shot chip!

Yep you guys are right! I now remember taking the shot it was near the end of my personal photowalk on Sat. (2/27).
